First time joined public marathon.
It is called ShapeMen'sHealth Night Run 10.

This event was hold at Putrajaya Presint 3, dated 31July.

Basically this is to test out my stamina and physical capability to do marathon.
I have chosen 5km fun run.

And ya, I got the vet from the sponsor Reebok by paying RM30.After all, this RM30 is much more worth by getting goodie bags full of bunch of stuffs. check out the photo below :)

Thanks Shein for collecting my racing kit for me..and get shocked when I got this super duper special number - 7777. And this number made me a topic to gossip among some gangs... paise. Do you think tomorrow should bet ? lol

Ehem...there are some slopes at the bridge for the route..making some challenging part for us. Expecially those who never train for jogging like me :D I think I should go stadium for some jogging training and fresh air instead of gym only.

I was glad that I can make myself finished running without stop throughout the whole route. It took me around 25min to complete the whole journey. This is not a very accurate time as I did not time it myself, no handphone and watch with me :P I got this time from the workers at the finish line.

And now I know my standard is up to where.

It was really a great achievement for myself..
i mean the stamina to work out - > to hike up to the peak of Gunung Ledang..

Ya, i seldom hike. Only been to Broga Hill and the Lumut Hill.
This 12XX km high mountain hike trip was challenging...with its muddy trail.

Great experience~with gang of friends.
Spent 6hours to reach peak and 4 hours to hit bottom before the night fall.

I think I can prepare myself to KK soon..
Btw, im not a big fans of hiking.

A breakaway to PD

This is my first time to Port Dickson.
Ya, it has been so famous since I was small, but I never been.
This trip was a short breakaway from our bored and high-tensed working company.

This trip was fantastic with the laughters of friends and scenic green view plus the blueish ocean view. and we enjoy our perfect location of thistle hotel with its well-equiped gym center, bar lounge and seaside.

H1N1 Vaccine in My Body now!

Taken my h1n1 vaccine when finished work today..
It is FOC from company.

Nurse told me that this is less painful compared to those in GH.
They are using valve on one big shot and sharing among other...btw.. i cannot imagine how it works...

It got the awkward feeling on my hard... feeling like those liquid turned out to be something alive and go penetrate into my body cells...
Btw,after few hours, i don't feel anything different.. :D

Let's see any changes on tomorrow :D

rm2...bought me warmth at the rainy day of friday .
Found out from the flyer that coffee could be refilled until 11am.

Sister's Convocation 2010 at PWTC

Attended sister's convocation at PWTC on 18Mar.

Once I reached Setia Alam right after my work prior the day, we headed to Klang's photoshop to take studio photo.. Oh ya.. Luckily bb Carlyn was in good mood and cooperated in the photo shooting session..hehe.... See..how cute she is!

After that, taken my dinner and 3 of us ride to PWTC for a rehearsal, so that we wont get lost and miss the convo!!! muahaha.....With my uncle's instruction, we exit the tol at Sg Buloh and followed Jln Kuching. Took the 3rd turning out at roundabout and just follow PWTC signboard. Quite far from ST..about 45min. After the day, my bro found out that exit Jln Duta will be faster, about 30min.

I was waiting outside on the day watching the big projected screen.. after seeing sister up to the stage, I just went to The Mall for jalan2.... The convo was ended quite early around 11 +. Quite packed when everyone was out and moving around..

Just taken some photos... Sister said too hot with jubah.. wanted to move....

Actually there is a walkway with better view for us to take photo...

Now it is the starting of teaching life for her...wish her all the best!

Oh no..went to 2 banks in different cities and both were moved! walao eh!!

Public bank at Kulim was moved to opposite street...get the help of my friend and found it! A bigger space, but not enough parking slots i guess..

Way back to hometown, turned into Taiping's CIMB..Walao...no more located opposite of Fajar Supermarket..Erm..so I just by-luck turn one-round to check.. When was about to leave, I saw it at the end road of Jalan Panggung Wayang. Fine, just went in and closed my account...This one the parking much more "jialat" coz just located beside the main road.

CIMB was about to transform to imitate international bank; the interior design, the culture of work and serving..however, I think most important, those officer must be well-trained and be more profesional to serve. The service is still slow compared to PB, the way officer treat customer is not profesional (saw an example a american-slang speaking woman asking for the western union was not treated well by the officer).

外婆家侄儿闹着楼梯玩，得扮老虎吓他。
最得意的是逗着侄女玩，还第一次替她抹屁屁，除夕日她就下炸弹给她爸爸和我。哈哈。。
今天初四就去珠毛善学院拜拜过桥转运，愿新的一年可以心想事成。
这四个字对我来说真的很重要。

No mood to staying at the company for anything anymore..
I ride on my red-car and posted myself back to hometown right before midnight.
I was the last one to reach home :P

Yeah.. did some prayer for the ancestor, having fun playing with bb, meeting old friends for breakfast, ironing my new clothes.. the day of eve was full of activities.

The moment before entering the 1st day of CNY, it is the culture that the temple in front of my house having a grand firecracker session..
This year was definitely the best ever and long-enough ( i guess more than 10 minutes..) it was really a lot of patterns and colours to see on the skies..

Really impressed by this movie called Avatar.
Was thoroughly attracted by its trailer during last movie Phobia 2..
It is kind of blue species...what kind of thing is that... ?
The imagination was built somewhere in the skies...on top of my head..:P
The 160-minute movie told the story gentle-ly....on this lonely friday night.
It was so amazing to have such a wonderful plus colourful night panorama at this forest of pandora.... Plants and animals were painted in attractive colors..and they were beautiful :)
The message to send to us about the world is so real and cruel..
But since when it is not true...
One thing the Jake have done was truely touched - he stand on his feet and sacrifire for what he wanted..and make a success

Sg Lembing Trip 25-27Oct09

This is a short trip.
I can put a slogan for it -- > " cuti-cuti malaysia".
I joined my friends to Sungai Lembing, Kuantan last weekend.. and named as Hiking Tour.
This place is famous for its so called - cloud sea.. and also rainbow waterfall.

We started journey to east at 2am from KL after 3D movie - The Final Destination 4.
Mm...the feeling of watching this movie with 3D and without 3D got big difference....Effect is totally different..

Reaching there around 5sth-6am.. There were already bunch of people flooding this small village. We served ourselves with breakfast - Sg Lembing Mee + Yong Tao Fu. Quite yummy food..especially their homemade mee..

Our first destination was Rainbow Waterfall..no way to go there by your own as you need to travel those muddy mountain road..So we hired a hilux to fetch us there.. About 45min we reached to the river. And from this river started, we needed to hike about another 45min to the waterfall... Not so tough the way, just got a lot of big stones.. The most exciting part was the gila-uncle...who purposely drove his hilux in fast speed, cross the river without break, crash us to the tree branches, get the muddy water splashed up to our body.... and coz of these, we all have our knees bruishes...

We were welcomed by Sg Lembing with its Tomato Mee. Quite nice sauce it has...never try at other place.. Basically the food here quite cheap compared to anywhere else.. After done our lunch, we headed to its museum. You would be told this was an longest underground tin mining many years ago from the history :) And since after the tin finished mining, the village was like become an dead town.. As the weather was really hot and stuffy, we went for one more station - hanging bridge and then left to resort for a nap..as all of us never sleep on friday night.

We woke up by knocking-door-sound from Susin at 6pm. Really cant wake up.. We followed our plan to peek at Kuantan city.. Having a wonderful food at a restaurant and we dropped by to Teluk Cempedak. It is so near to Kuantan city and crowded with people. Chinese kids were busy playing with their candles and tanglung....

Panorama Hill hiking made all of us gonna wake up by 4am morning. As we wanted to see the sun rise...see how the sunlight strikes to this village :) This hill is not high enough, but you already can see the full view of city with mountains surrounding it...with clouds..

How I celebrated My Raya

Unable to catch up time for [UP] due to traffic jam on the way to cinema....
Too jam! Damn with so many foreigners from luar negeri...opps..seems like im from luar negeri pun wor, paise paise...Already on road at 140pm, movie on 240pm still missed!
Btw, we were 30 min late, forced to change to another movie.
Have made a wrong choice by selecting [GAMER].. Damn, first 10 min I already feel like going out..
Luckily just paid rm4.5o for this movie.. not so heart-broken.

Got my "bing pi" mooncake finally from the baker's cottage. Was told by my friend it was really nice last year and I was not able to get it for times after purposely frequent to Jusco for it... Actually I can't find it since 2 weeks ago here and even at BP when visiting my sister there coz all what I saw were just temporary stalls without fridge.. I guess it is troublesome to maintain as well and may be the people here prefer traditional type ??...Today "terserempak" with the baker's cottage stall at the end site :D:D after movie... so... my pocket again slimmer with RM10 note.. Wish my friend did not bluff me...

Merdeka's Holiday

Merdeka Holiday, spending one day for new places' triggering!

Bukit Engku Busu just at Lumut, beside a hisdustan temple. Actually once you reach Lumut jetty, go to Police Station, take the left turn once you see police station on your right. Proceed and you will see the temple in front.

Roughly you need to spend 30-45min to reach to the top to view TLDM. Really such a good view with mountain, sea, teluk, islands....

This is another place near to kuari lombong, near to Pantai Remis. Just follow the way until to the end of the road, you will get this view in front of your eye. I think it should be having a lot of fishes here as people are fishing by fishing rod and netting as well.

Another day for photo-shooting at hometown.. riding bike at pelantar area. Last time, we have the "lover's bridge". But after times, it was destroyed some knocking of boats and collapsed. Else, we should be able to get better view at higher area, at least we can see the curvature of the sungai. I remembered I have an photo taken on top of the bridge during secondary school with normal camera.. need to find out next time I back home.

Curry Mee, Pasir Penampang

This is the Curry Mee intro by my brother to me at Pasir Penampang, Kuala Selangor.
The place is somewhere near to the housing area, located at the "abandoned pelantar ikan".
So actually we are eating just by the riverside.

Soup is sweet, minor spicy. Is affordable spicy, suitable for all.
Special thing about this mee is the Egg inside.. normally curry mee seldom add in egg.
The small white prawn+potato cooked with special sweet and spicy flavour, quite nice!

Again I moved.

I think until now, it has been many times I move from a place to another place, move from a house to another house and move from a room to another room.

Since Primary 6 after UPSR, I moved to Taiping to further my secondary school. Within secondary school period, I moved three times, but all still in the same taman.

After finishing my study there, I moved to MMU to further my tertiary education. So this is another move! After foundation year, I chose to go Cyberjaya and we were entitled to stay at hostel for the 1st year. 2nd year, I moved out to Cyberia condo blok A1. I stayed there for about 3 years time when our housemates from IT and management completed their degrees and left us. Then, I moved to blok A2 and this house I only stayed for one semester. We then went to a new phase Blok C1.

Another move was at Year 05 when I graduated and got my job offer. I was sent to overseas for OJT training.. This time, I stayed with one of my colleage at Velden city. It was just five month's time. Then, I headed to Kulim for work. Within 3.5years time there, I moved twice when the 1st landlord was going to sell out her property.

And Again, Year 09, I already made 2 times' move.

I would guess, I will still got a lot of moves in the future.

Pretending myself as a photo-enthusiast, kneed down and shoot all these fujifilm models with hundreds of camera...chiiciak chiiciak nonstop!

This year the stage was pretty small due to the venue's space i guess... may be budget is the issue..but I wish KLPF committees can consider a more comfortable area for us in the coming years.. For the exhibition & stores, it was like lacking a lot. Nothing to much to see this year... Somemore the item I asked for was much more expensive compared to Shashinki..(though Shashinki already more expensive compared to market)..

Really hope this fair will become something like PC fair which you can get better offers and prices.

Feel so painful for my knee and hand now :D

她的汤底跟一般不一样，较为清甜。市面上的较为咸而浊。

材料很新鲜，猪肠猪肝猪肚肉丸以及肉骨，样样入味。

重点是这家肉骨茶用火炭烹煮，色味溢出。

你可以叫单单肉骨一人吃 RM6.50，再加其他料，那你就可以真的吃肉骨

你也可以肉骨加其他材料，做RM6.50，肉骨少些。

这家鱼片米粉一般。

米粉不错，但汤头番茄加酸菜味很重。本人较喜清甜味。

很可惜，鱼片用炸的，吃不到鱼鲜味。

但，鱼片还是好吃。

一碗四元。

This is an eastern+western style restaurant - Wok & Pan. Was heard that the chef was from a hotel previously and open this restaurant by his own.

Was recommended about the good taste and nice dressing of food.

Mmmm....personally think the restaurant's condition is not that good, can improve some more.. coz the tables are serving until at the roadside.. May be she is kind of economic style.. For the pricing, my pork chop costs me RM9.50 and my capuccino blended RM4.50.. still acceptable lah...if the cook is really from hotel background..

Basically the sauce for my chop is quite nice! I quite like it. Vegetable served a bit lesser..
Worth a try! :)

This is the famous Asam Fish at Pasar Borong. The air ventilation is not so good there, plus the asam soup is so "chee kek". I sambil makan sambil sweating ler.. taste is not bad, rm6 per person.. got ladyfinger, onion, cabbage and pineapple inside besides the main character - ikan pari-pari.

This tauhu hua is homemade by Qbean. Actually i wanted to try its 鹹豆花. But was told that is only sold at main shop. But I been to the main shop there three times, it was closed all the time...don't know what is going on.. Fine, the one with longgan got nothing special.. may be i should try something special next time.

YEAH!! finally i found this CD in the market....
Cannot see it at Speedy Ipoh,KL Klang area (north and central part).. when i found it at south, cannot stop myself from grabbing it!!
Really no regret today I dropped by to a shopping mall instead of goin to snap photo randomly.
I OWN it now... i will no need to wait to listen to their songs at only 988FM already ~

Today got a colleage asked what song i play at my caller ringtone...Yeah! they are their songs!!
for those who don't know them , here i intro you guys - a rapper group from Malaysia.

RSU - oh no!

Purposely went back to my university...
It was already 9 years back..... and this area is so damn developed nowadays compared to last time.

One of our favourite restaurant was RSU, which is just located steps away from our house.
Still remembered the nice food she served... my friends like nasi pattaya alot...and i quite like the mee bandung.. of course got our famous roti john....

The time i sat down, found out that, the outlook of the restaurant was different. Already changed the ownership from malay to mamak..and now it looks like selling roti canai + more....

I ordered my mee bandung... oh no, i feel like wtf when i was served with it.. different taste and different presentation..nvm...i just filled portion of my stomach will be enough...leftover quite a lot...

Thinking to wait for the roti john...actually quite disappointed already...i observed for a long time, din see the malay uncle at the stall. Only seeing a malay auntie setup her stall damn slowly..finally i decided not to eat something bad taste...(may be) i guess this might not be the same stall we frequented last time...

Good memories faded away..... and i wish to keep it down my heart.... it will be enough :)

Wahh...seems like H1N1 is started attacking my workplace...
The number is kept jumping up day to day...4 cases from bali and 1 case of local transmission.
Last week I had my lunch together with one of them on thursday and another one of them on friday. But,that time they were not confirmed case..
Only those who are in close contact with them for 4 hours continuously are required to do home quarantine...luckily ~ phew~
Drink plenty of water....measure body temp daily! make sure im healthy :)

张爱玲碰上九把刀

用两天的时间去认识两个人，还有点难呢。

我是讲没语言沟通那一种噢，一厢情愿那形。

就，很畅快的，花了一天给张爱玲，另一天给九把刀。

两位人士真的是截然不同啊。

从来都没有跟他们接触过，可不可以称为萍水相逢啊

小团圆，我没有读得很荡气回肠，没有那种很捶心肝的场面。

反而，我觉得故事好像缺乏一种勾人心扉的灵魂在。

比较色。戒，我认为掌声都给了色。

也许我不太适合念她的现代文学

我想，我会再次看一边，也许会有不同的感受，毕竟这是她最后和最神秘的遗作。

讲九把刀的<人生就是不停的战斗>，是他本人05年到08年的网贴。

觉得他是个热血青年，很努力那种，很认真生活那种很好。

有他的爱情故事，有他服兵役的日子，有他处理事情的过程。

我想，我会买他的小说看看，真的好像蛮新奇的。

看书啊，真的很快乐，就钻在小小的4寸 X 6寸的纸张上，一个字一个字跳。

有个晚间电台主持人，常讲的一句话，个人觉得很对。

还没发生的事，就别想东想西，满脑子WHAT IF 的，什么事都不会成了。

别常为一件事假设性的设计后果，那往往会拖延那件事的进度 (基于有太多太多的东西考虑)
。

事情呢，生意上感情上学业上家庭上政治上经济上；我们考量了最适合我们本身的处理方式，就得朝那方向出发。

对，也许有许多我们出乎意料的事，我们得盘算在掌中。但，这种人往往会很累，甚者会被归纳为Low Risk Taker。

先知呢，不会告诉你下一步会发生什么事情的。

也许，你觉得算命佬能为你挡伤消灾的，毕竟这些都是心灵上的寄托，买个安心。

听过一句话，人生呢，就像你在漆黑一片的道路上开车，车头灯也就能照亮那短短的一段距离，你就慢慢的一步一步前进。

你看不了几公里外的路，是否桥断，是否死路；走了这一步，你才懂下一步怎么走。

也因为这样，很多人不愿踏出第一步，宁愿停留在Comfort Zone。

他们觉得至少这样他们没有理亏。

但，试想想，你是否想做某件事很久了，不过就是单想。

对，想只耗劳几只脑细胞，但做，得赔上金钱时间前途。

也没什么的，没有一个模式答案让你参考你可以怎么做。

朝向你舒服的方向，大步或小步，自选，至少后悔不会一辈子缠著你。

有些人觉得忍耐才是美德，也许忍一忍，前途无量。但，有些情况啊，你左忍三年，右忍三年，什么都没时就呜乎哀哉。

很多事情呢，还是看情况来办，第三者永远不会明白受害者的感受。

第三者永远客观的意见贴近不了受害者的心情。

成龙之新作没有很出色，没有报章写的所谓他坏了。

新宿事件只数一般，我想香港导演真的得认真进步，不然真的没什么人愿意买票进戏院看港片了。

他在戏中只是做了不法勾当去达到目的。

但，他是抱著正义感去为兄弟；他的出发点还是好的。

还以为他是个大坏蛋。

至于吴彦祖，从纯朴的样子变成大坏蛋。

戏中没什么讨好之景。

相反，我会更喜欢两位在<新警察故事>内的演出。

戏中的两位女演员，表现不错。

我想，很多绿叶演员还更抢镜了。

一生一世 VS 多生多世

其实我很有意思去了解我的过去。

我可不是失忆。我指的过去 - 是前世。

最近买了一本书 <前生今世>，英文版是<MANY LIVES， MANY MATTERS>。

作者在书内通过他病人的吹眠治疗而进入通灵境界，从而发掘了这奥妙。

书中又句话，很具思考性 - 每件事在该来的时候就会来。人生就是急不来的，不能像许多人希望的时间表一样。我们必须接受凡事来临的时间。但人生是无尽的，我们不曾真的死去，也从未真的出生。

华人传统迷信的道教里，人死后会去投胎转世，轮回一轮接一轮。真想不到西方社会，尤其是忠于科学性的心理学家，竟可巧缘之下，坠入这人生的生死启蒙课。

我本身没什么特别相信或排斥这种虚而不实，不过从小当有丧礼而接触到道教的十八层地狱，我知道人呢，不可做坏事，不然就会受惩罚而无法投胎做人或转做飞禽走兽。那么，如果人真的是没有真正的出生和死去，一轮又一轮来到世界的一个角落，借助一个肉体，来执行他上个轮回未能完成的使命。我，很想知道，这个轮回，我的使命是什么

我觉得当下好像有点卡著，在人生的一个点上。二十六岁前的点都用线给连起来了，好不容易的，也很努力的。我，不是迷茫，只是想向我人生的事业转一个角度，去更适应自己。也许考验我的是忍耐力，得与恒心拼。

前几天，从太平大众买了这本书后，当晚就立即坐在家中沙发翻阅。忽然，有种很奇怪的感觉。我，好像发现我坐在沙发上的这画面闪过。最奇妙的是，我发现好像有看过这本书。。内容很熟悉。但，明明我就没买过。其实搬新家以前，我也偶尔会有这种感觉，当一件事情在发生的当儿，这件事的画面会在我面前闪过，但它又明明是第一次发生。我笔友在我部落格上说道她也有此经验，第一次走的走廊，她会发现很熟悉。也许这只是一种脑海电波输送错误吧

相信很多人都不会相信这，更不会想要知道他自己的前生轮回。有个朋友说，人要往前看!
对，她没错，希望在前方，因为我们不能改写历史。但，从别的角度来看，也许你看了前世，你更了解你的使命，更了解你人生的大方向。你该不会让此生去重蹈前世的覆辙吧?

奇怪的感觉

我不知道，这种感觉今天又重现了。
以前住旧家时已经有此感觉，但很不确定。
我说的感觉是 - 常常好像重临现场。
就是说 - 有件事情现在正在发生，在发生的当儿，我感觉到这件事好像已经发生过。
就说今天好了，我买了一本书，坐在家里的沙发上阅读，那感觉又回来了。
我好像有看见我以前在看着这一本书，坐在同一张沙发上。。
更恐怖的是，我读啊读着，怎么书上的内容好像又念过?!!
不过我不曾买过这本书叻!
已经经历好几次了，以前的事已经模糊了。
想来想去，难不成这件事发生第二次?
不太合逻辑叻!
难道我可以网罗几十分钟后的事?
还是我已不正常了?

发现梁导总喜欢利用人性的缺陷或说不完美来引人大笑.
好像他喜欢用辉哥在他戏里，因为辉哥长得很滑稽，又矮。
戏里又喜欢讲低级笑话。
辉哥一出场已经好好笑了，这可是很多人说的噢!
这次林德荣也蛮牺牲，卖大包卖戏又卖肉。
戏中他只围着一条毛巾，肚腩赘肉招摇过市，实在抢眼。
雁雁更一幅黄脸婆的样子，讲的一口很LOCAL的华语，很俗气啦!
难怪辉哥变不举，哈哈。

Langkawi Island, I guess it is over-complimented by media or advertisement.

Ya, after long-long say, I finally paid myself a visit there. A short one; and a simple one.
I guess foreigners really like this island more than us and bringing up the hotel rates. During online booking for the room, I was shocked by the pricing for those 5-star hotels. May be they are really nice and worth it. But for me, it is yet to reach the time for me just throw my money to enjoy good staying. A clean bed with proper washroom will be more than enough for me.
Never expect the hotels there are so welcomed and fully occupied. Even the room I got was the last room available! (After rejected by a few).

To make my life easier, I departed from Penang Swettenham Port. A lot of foreigners together on the ferry. My personal opinion towards this ferry is, it is quite old ferry and quite noisy with this engine throughout the journey. They should improve on this. Seating is ok, but if the cussion can be better if softer for long travel of 3 hours. One more thing is, ferry company must repair the toilet! Male toilet is not able to flush and those dirty from vomiting still can be seen inside the toilet bowl..Yucks!

We rented a car there – just normal car, Proton Saga, which is cheaper when reaching jetty. On the way to check in hotel, we dropped in Makam Mahsuri to pay Miss Mahsuri a visit. Nothing much to see inside, only those storyboards are more interesting.

We left to our hotel at Pantai Tengah. Ha…Langkawi is a very “kampung “-style place. They have big wide tar road but very little traffic. A good place for racing! Kakaka…. After check in, we went to Langkawi Underwater world.. Wa, the entrance fee was very expensive, RM28 for MyKad owner. It is not worth to visit this aquarium with such a high rate loh!! What you found interesting are only those little penguins. For the rest of creatures, I can see them anywhere in Malaysia. Even the 3D cinema is damn lousy. I did not see any difference with the 3D glasses and without it.. somemore the storyline is boring! No wonder some foreigner left the cinema half way screening! Eden, please do something special here!

After this point, we left to Cable Car at the north part of island. Navigating with the map, we followed the coastline, passing through the small-size airport..seeing a lot of buffaloes…a lot of coconut trees…..

Ya, one thing about Langkawi, the temperature is so super hot ! even myself as a Malaysian also tak boleh tahan!! Nearly fainted inside the car ~

Oh yea, the cable car travel is really a good expensive and worthy. You can see the seaview of whole langkawi and some part of Thailand (but I don’t know which direction is Thailand. Hey Developer, please put some signs there or binocular for tourists to explore! Ok?) the winds were strong up there and view were really fascinating! We busy climbed up and down to take photo, wandering around. The cable car able to take you up to the platform which is 710metres above the sea level. One thing for reminder, you are not allowed to bring drinking water up there. I guess they do not want tourist to litter around. There is a shopping area for you after getting down from the cable car.

It was around evening and going to turn dark. We turned around the island to Kuah town to look for chocolate and wine!! After went to a few shops, found the prices just a bit varies. There is nothing much to see at their shopping mall. For all the duty-free stuffs, just go to the duty-free shopping area at Kuah Town. There are many shop lots selling chocolates, wine, beer, cigarettes, kitchen stuffs…. The beer is really cheap loh! We bought half-dozen Carlsberg new- brewed beer (gold) only cost us RM11. But our dinner is quite expensive ! Our tiger prawn, only 2 pieces, cost us RM70++…a little bit regret..but never mind lah…don’t so kira-kira during traveling loh! ~
We did chit-chatting at seaside at night, drinking our beer. So peaceful world the night in Langkawi. I am thinking, if I were born at those seaside tourist spots, what will I turn to ? hehe… restaurant owner? Tourist agent? Beachboy? I don’t know…

The next morning, headed to Pulau Dayang Bunting. It is famous for its Lake of Pregnant Maiden. It is weird you know, the water at the lake is not salty!! Unbelievable! I did not do my swimming there as it is quite deep ~ 10metres. I did some photoshooting there, watching those foreigners doing water jumping and observing what people doing. Before left to Pulau Beras Basah, we went to feed eagles at mangrove area. Wow, there were really a lot of eagles around. Never seen such a big quantity of eagles at one time.. you can see typical brownish eagles and black-and-white eagles there, flying up and down to get their chicken pieces which were thrown by our boat owner.

Before going back, we, of course, would not forget the Lang Square. It is just located beside the jetty whereby you could see the icon of big eagles there. A must for photographer!

We found something new here, we were offered to refill our softdrink at McDonald in Langkawi !! ho ho ho! ~ is it a norm or just we were lucky that the restaurant manager please to offer?

Comparing tourism between Malaysia and Thailand, my opinion, Malaysia is still far more away from Thailand. We should have better establishment of tourist concept and development. There are still a big space for us to improve. This is true that still a lot of Malaysians are willing to pay more to go travel at neighbouring countries which are better, cheaper and comfortable.

I Met the feel

Tonight I met the feel. I play the right music - 3rd CD of Chris Yu.
It brings me back down to my memory lane.

I still remember the days, when watching those pitiful-taiwanese love story-drama together with my dinner on hand, sitting in front of TV. Together with bro, sister and mama….

I also remember the day of buying cassettes. CD is quite expensive and not common use that time. As a secondary school student, I love to go to CD shops or Fajar CD department… looking for the cassette I like. I used to like a lot of Chinese singers: Xu Mei Jing – dou shi ye gui ren album, LeeHom – gong zhun zi zhuan album, David Tao – ai zi ji album. And remember that during F4/5 period, I approached Japanese songs through 988 radio.

And I like to equip my ears on the walkman of mine (which can play cassette only) on every Monday nights, listening to the ghost stories from 988 DJ. It was so exciting! Discuss them with classroom the day after....

Do you still remember Liang Po Po from Singapore ? they were very famous for their comedy that time. And now no more. Liang Po Po has already transformed to better role as director…producing a lot of nice movies on screen to us…

Sometimes I am thinking, why I will always never satisfy with current situation?! But like now, what I think back, all becomes my good memories which occupying small portion of my brain. I wish I will appreciate what I have in front of me, now and before; to bring me further to better future.

I guess I should finish the rest of 6 songs, I gonna lay down to bed. Though Chris Yu ‘s songs are very sentimental, I don’t feel sad tonight, I feel it is warm at the bottom of heart and peace in mind.

Chap Goh Meh at Kek Lok Si Temple

Kek Lok Si Temple is so d8mn charming this CNY!
It is flowered with all the lightings: on temples, on plants, on statues, on all the paths.

If you are northern residents, please, spend a day for the whole-long-15-day CNY for bringing your family to there for soul cleansing (*-P), for sight-seeing and whatever you can do.

To enter the pagoda, you only need to pay RM2. For Guan Yin Temple, you may take the cable car up there by paying RM2 also. if you want to save this RM2, no problem, you can go up there by the steeper mountain way. (for gal, please don't go there with high-heel shoes, else you will regret! )

Remember, if you want to see this beautiful view,must come at night for every year's CNY! Temple will off all the lightings at 11pm. Plenty of time for you to wander around!

My Homemade Milkshake

My first ever home-made SooHin-Vanilla-Milkshake!
What make me to do this huh? i guess u keen to know....
mm...I like the milkshake from Chicago Ribs. Discovered this good drink from there...
Never like this drink before...
Last few weeks dropped myself there with friend, not really want to eat ribs; but actually miss the milkshake there!! (WTH, where got people go ribs restaurant for this..)
May be you can try it later, then u know why :)
it is smooth enough and the aroma of vanilla is really penetrating into your heart!!

I surfed net for the recipe, actually it is so easy.
So I entered 4 scopes of vanilla ice cream, 1 tspn of vanilla extract, about 1/4 of fresh cold milk. Mixed all into the blender and blend until it is smooth.

It bring a lot of thinking... Leonardo and Kate Winslet are no longer the young guys in Titanic.
They are really acting good in this movie.
Frankly say, I get touched by this storyline.
Ya..it involved a lot of talking, quarreling; which are needed in life, anywhere, anytime.
And from it, I found the lesson: without a dream, your life sucks.
with dream but not able to make it come true, it hurts.
Before too late, look for our dreams!(not necessary a big one)

No choice la... actually received the letter from Jusco that my point is going to expired this coming December. Therefore, I gonna find something to change.
Not much choices, all those children thing, only a mug is okay (suitable?) for me.

These few days, having few cups of coffee, no problem at all...
My dad said i might be getting high blood pressure.. ? i guess it is not true..
Or should I go and do a checkup? as I scored record of three years-street high cholestrol level.

My Bored Saturday Ended up at Bukit Hijau

Too bored. And not willing to stay at home with books...
After having lunch at new-opened Hainan Restaurant, we packed and headed to Bukit Hijau Waterfall ! Hurray!!
Actually my purpose is playing water lah.... but i still bring my camera out with me there...

But, too bad, a lot of pictures spoilt. Too strong the wind and my filter was full with water drop.. too bad! and a lot of photo with shaky hand...blurred..d*mn!
i should get a tripod or monopod next time!!!

I think it is true, natural can clear away all your physical or mentally worries out there....
So should love Natural more!! even though this place is quite isolated and eerie throughout the way to reach there.....

It is actually renovated from southern bank building.

outdoor, right hand side. I think it will be a good place at night.

Mm...the parking is not that enough loh... but no problem, still able to get a place near to market.

Ya, as per expected, full house! This is the first weekend after officially opened. No place for indoor which is air-cond.
Ok... I can accept outdoor, though it is a bit hot and stuffy. But what is not acceptable most ->a lot of flies disturbing your proper meal-taking process! I guess this restaurant should provide opinion form to customer so that they know what to improve in the future..

Too many customers and waitress not able to serve...we filled in the form and passed the order to them by ourselves without looking at the menu -> just through the list of food on the order form! :) Actually myself dropped in, only what to test their so called hainanese chicken rice-ball!

Though we might need to wait for some times; unexpected, we got our drink and food quite fast. May be they concentrated their workers in the kitchen i guess.

Mm... im not a good-eater for chicken rice-ball. Just some experience and comparing with ipoh steamed chicken and malacca's original chicken rice, this offering is not that good. May be i will give only 60 percents. Chicken meat is not smooth enough to feel the freshness of chicken, not juicy enough to taste....For the rice, it is not as sticky as those in malacca one and easily broken. Those malacca's rice ball's feeling is so good and it will stick it aroma on your teeth.

Im not sure, may be this is their style...need to read review from newspaper later on...or interview the taukeh.. ;D

My friend ordered white coffee, with a lot of powder on top. Myself having capuccino, mm, i cannot feel the coffee aroma loh...frankly say. But i would like to taste couple drink next time. Coz at first we thought that would be 2 glasses of drink. Who know, when paying , we saw the 3-in-1 packet on the window, there are a list of drinks with coffee + teh, coffee + milo....so and so....etc..

Ya, it is Wi-Fi free. Tested with my friend's hp. Not really go to search around any power point or not.. if not mistaken, i saw some..

I guess i will visit for nasi lemak or other breads type in the future....Kopitiam ma!! they should be having nice nice breads...don't they ?

last time i have no problem at all having coffee for glasses daily.
but recently, i found out my heart will get palpitating after consuming coffee ~

Was treated for my colleages' promotion at Swensen autocity yesteday night. Ermm....the food ok lah...but the drink too expensive... Only 15 of us spent about 750. Of course, we were not forgetting ice cream ~ yumyum. Even thought is not as nice as Haagen Daaz or BR.

Went to SS after that.
Long time never join them for pub.. Yea, even though it was raining outside.but the crowd was full. And a lot of hot chicks around... the Philipino performancer is quite chun as well... No regret! ~

Today did a lot of laundry...a very good day after weeks of rainy days.
Feel very empty today. I don't know why.
Why huh?

Sepang MotoGP 2008 - 19Oct08

This was my first time step into Sepang Circuit. Yeah, the ticket is cheap ~ RM80 you can step into grandstand. and ya, my purpose is not the motor :P we were heading for the showgirls :D

The weather was damn hot. sweating till wet wet, we were still busy shooting those good-posing girls. Especially TP, he shoot very seriously; took more than 10 photos for every single model . Especially one of the girl who was selling cigratte.

For motor shooting, it was quite hard for me....speed too fast. Not really can get a good frame for it..and also if possible to get 300mm lens kit, then the effect would be fine. Beng was using panning skill to shoot.Saw he got some nice shots!

Oh no, the motor racing for 800cc created too noisy sound...it caused ear pain! Too bad not buying a earpluck at the beginning..

KL KLPF's Trip

Woke up at 420am, after slept for 3 hours, started my journey to fetch Steven at 5am..He was a bit late coz hardly getting up! then went to pick up GS and CH at Alma.. After an hour, we went in Tpg to get Beng in.

5 of us with different purposes of going down to KL :

GS + CH -> shopping

myself + Beng -> KLPF
Steven -> MotoGP

Happily, temporary putting the worry of 507 aside, we had our breakfast at Fu San Restaurant..Quite a lucky day, that we did not need to wait for a table... and escaped from the illegal parking (without putting coupon :P)

The time we reached KL, it was already 11am plus. Reaching Hotel and take a bath...to refresh ourselves...we headed to Sg Wang for our lunch.. Oh yeah...actually there was a fashion show by a local magazine..but we had no time to spend there.. direct rush to Times Square!

Actually it was not as big as i thought.. i mean the event..... btw, seeing a lot of cameras, lens, bags, lighting systems and etc etc.... we were wandering around, looking at the products, the people...and the models... Yucks..during the photo-shooting session by fujiflim, there were so many people!! until i have no gap to squeeze in ...all my photo shooting failed lah!!!! damn!

We met up with Sue Lyn at night for dinner, at Ampang. She brought us to Korean Village for Korean BBQ!! Hurray!! This is the cheapest korean restaurant I had been to... RM132 for all 6 people...We had a big pot of seafood, chicken + pork set.....plus all the side dishes which could be refilled without count...dai lahh!!!

Not sure whether everyone was so thirsty or what...we kept asking for mineral water refill ~ or korean mineral water is much more sweeter to drink ? :) i was wondering...really having a good time there, Sue Lyn, next time must intro more nice nice kangtao :D so that the boss will give you more coke!!

Our Trainer treated us a meal at Victoria Station at Seberang Jaya. A good environment..as you can see from the photo below....sorry mok, i was making you as an object in my photo :P
A long night (with the worry for 507) ...the food is not bad - i will give 70%, just that my lobster is too cheesy...like eating cheese more than lobster meat... The portion is too big -> for us, till I wasted all those side dishes...
Guess how much my meal costs? hehee..it is cheap man!
Headed to Roxbury for drink after that... mm...long time never drink...and this is for "ying chou"..drink quite a lot of beer.... fine,i was not drunk!
Cannot stay till too late. ... coz the next morning gonna driving to KL!!

My Busy Raya

Actually my Raya was busy...

Went to Taiping for " Gao Ong Yah" prayer...a bad experience...the ash were flying around and made me feel very uncomfortable.... But it is a believe and "bai bai".. After that, headed to Taiping Central to have a look.. mmm.....the shopping center is not that satisfying for me...

Went to Ipoh for mum's shopping..she gonna get ready for bro's wedding clothes. We were shopping for 8hours around with the help of aunty.. Ha, now only realize all the shops, fashion or shoes shops, were locked. You need to press the bell and the shopper will only open for you.Don't tell me the rompak case at Ipoh is so scary kua..... A good money to earn if you help to install these device for all those shoplots in Ipoh.

This holiday was so unpleasant. got a lot of phonecall from production. making me have to go in at Saturday. Sien!~
