My first ever home-made SooHin-Vanilla-Milkshake!What make me to do this huh? i guess u keen to know....
mm...I like the milkshake from Chicago Ribs. Discovered this good drink from there...
Never like this drink before...
Last few weeks dropped myself there with friend, not really want to eat ribs; but actually miss the milkshake there!! (WTH, where got people go ribs restaurant for this..)
May be you can try it later, then u know why :)
it is smooth enough and the aroma of vanilla is really penetrating into your heart!!
I surfed net for the recipe, actually it is so easy.
So I entered 4 scopes of vanilla ice cream, 1 tspn of vanilla extract, about 1/4 of fresh cold milk. Mixed all into the blender and blend until it is smooth.
Mm...the one i made yesterday was not smooth and thick enough. I guess i need to enter more ice cream and lessen my milk volume.. May be today i can make a chocolate flavour one!!

i just made my chocolate flavour today. ya..i added in about 6 scopes of ice cream and become smoothier and thicker. but quite full after drinking.. but it is the feeling of happy :) i made my chocolate flavour with vanilla ice cream also, which is different from yours(which is using chocolate ice cream)..i guess your one will taste more chocolate than mine!! i just adding in some chocolate extract.

The ingredient and method is very easy.
what you need is a blender.
first, add in 5 scopes of vanilla ice cream (see how thick u like, if you want thicker, just add more scope) then add in 1/4 cup of fresh cold milk. and last add in 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. blend it until smooth. easy?!

I want milk shake....when will i get my share of soohin-milk-shake???? I WANT!!!!!!I dun want to learn how...I want delivery from PR to TPG... :D
BTW...Hmm....Dun be over excited and drink too much of that...U know la....U r lack of "buffer" for ice-cream nowadays :p Kekeke....I know u want to punch me...Come la...But remember bring milk shake with u.. ;)
